How the market data is computed
Each month we record the facts from every public listing we can find: price, size, bedrooms, district, source URL, capture date, and nothing else. Prices listed in EC$ or £ are normalised to US$ (EC$2.70 = US$1). We then take the median per area and type, and publish the count so you can judge how thin the sample is. No listing prose or photos are copied; every number links back to its source. Full detail is on the methodology page and the raw data is in listings.json.
