About Saint Lucia Homes
An independent property index for Saint Lucia. One place where every public listing, price and project on the island is recorded as a fact, with its source and its date. We never sell a property.
Who builds it
Saint Lucia Homes is built by Ray Youngman, UK-based, building for the island. The project started with a simple frustration: there is no MLS in Saint Lucia, no public price index, and no way for a buyer, a bank or a family to see what anything is actually worth without ringing every agency on the island.
Why it exists
Facts with dates beat sales copy. Property is the island's largest asset class and the least documented; climate risk is repricing all of it, and every party prices blind. The index exists so a number, its source and its capture date are always one click away, for anyone.
How it is funded
Independently, by its founder. We take no money from agencies for listing placement, we hold no stock, and we earn nothing from any sale shown here. If that ever changes it will say so on this page first.
The data doctrine
- Public, attributable sources only. We record facts: price, size, bedrooms, area, date, source URL, listing reference.
- Never the prose or the photos. Descriptions and photography belong to the holding agency; every record links back to them.
- Every number carries a source and a capture date. Nothing on this site is undated.
- Unverified is marked unverified. We never invent a figure; gaps are reported as gaps.
- One exchange rate, stated. Prices are normalised to US$ at EC$2.70 = US$1.

Corrections and takedowns
Agency or owner? Get a listing corrected or removed. Tell us the listing and what is wrong; corrections ship in the next build, takedown requests are honoured for the record's factual content and always keep your attribution rights.
