Short, because the site is simple: we publish an index of public facts about property in Saint Lucia, we do not sell property, and you may reuse the data with attribution.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site (medians, counts, ratings, cost ranges, pipeline statuses) is compiled from public sources and is offered as information. It is not valuation, investment, legal, tax, construction or insurance advice. Asking prices are not sale prices. Cells flagged thin or low confidence should not be quoted as a market figure. Take professional advice before you buy, build, lend or insure.
Not an agency
Saint Lucia Homes is not a real-estate agency or broker and holds no brokerage licence because it needs none: it never offers property for sale, negotiates or handles funds. Every listing links to the agency or developer that holds it; your dealings are with them. A brief submitted through the Prime page is routed to a third party of our choosing; any referral fee we receive is paid by that party, not by you, and does not change their published price.
Accuracy and corrections
We record facts as stated by the source on the capture date and we do not estimate what the source omits. Sources change and make mistakes; so do we. We publish the source and date next to every figure so you can check it, and we correct errors on request at data@saintluciahomes.com. The site is provided as is, without warranty, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
Open data licence
The data feeds (index.json, listings.json, pipeline.json, map.json, cost-model.json) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute, adapt and build on them for any purpose, including commercially, provided you credit "Saint Lucia Homes" with a link to saintluciahomes.com and indicate any changes. Coastline and place names derive from OpenStreetMap and carry the ODbL attribution "© OpenStreetMap contributors". The site's text, design and code are © Saint Lucia Homes.
Sources and their rights
Listing facts are taken from agencies' and developers' public pages and attributed to them. Their descriptions and photographs are their copyright and are not reproduced here. If you are a source and believe a record is wrong or should not appear, email us and we will act within five working days.
Trademarks
Agency, developer, portal and brand names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of a fact. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. "Saint Lucia Homes" and "Saint Lucia Resilience Rating" are names used by the index; they are not connected with any agency using a similar name.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to harvest personal data, to misrepresent a figure as a valuation, or to pass our data off as your own without attribution. Automated access to the data feeds is welcome at a reasonable rate; llms.txt describes how to cite them.
Law
