Price cuts and value
Three honest signals computed from the public index: recorded price cuts, listings priced per sq ft below their area's median, and the properties longest on the market. Every row links to its record and its source. Signals, not advice; the methodology holds the thresholds.

A low price per sq ft is a starting point, not a verdict: condition, title and siting still decide. Check the resilience ladder and never skip the lawyer.
Longest on the market
90+ days, often negotiable- Loading…
How these are computed: a price cut is two differing captures of the same listing (previous asking kept and shown); days listed counts from the month a listing first entered the index; below-median compares a listing's stated size against its area and type median where at least 10 sized listings exist. Thin cells are excluded. Full detail: methodology. Check what you can afford: affordability.
