Stay
An index of villas and short-let homes in Saint Lucia: nightly rates, sleeps, location and who holds each, from public sources. Bookings will route to the owner or manager; we take no booking and hold no money. Not live yet.
What it will be
Villas are the island's largest private asset class after homes and the least comparable: rates live on a dozen platforms with no shared view. Stay will be the same kind of index as Buy: a place, a number, a source, a date, so owners can see their market and guests can find the holder directly.
The index will also carry the Resilience Rating where a home has one, because guests and insurers ask the same question in hurricane season.
The data contract
Same rules as the sales index: public, attributable sources; facts only; every record carries a source URL and capture date; nothing estimated. The proposed schema is documented in data/SCHEMA.md and will be published at data/stays.json when the first capture lands.
